Is there an additional net work driver out there (other than WD35F or 3MNPT)? I know a new MB will fix the issue but there must be a work around that will as well. However does anyone know if the Feds order these with the Wireless disabled? This appears to be an internal issue that is intentional.

I've tried so far on 2 different laptops (including swapping a network card with a spare I have) Finally I used one of those generic driver disks that detects needed drivers and was able to find only a Ethernet driver (nothing for wireless) which enables it to get on the internet.Ĭurrently it's "checking for updates" with Windows Update and once that's done Dell Support page will be able to run System Detect (then Driver Detect) and hopefully the problem is solved.
